It’s a fairly strong little spray, with the scent lasting for a number of hours when used. I felt more relaxed after using it, with the pleasant smell helping me to clear my thoughts and focus easier. It does say it was made with a certain intention, and I do feel that. The bottle is glass, and comes in a perfectly fitting tube to store it in and protect it. It looks nice, smells nice, and is easy to use. The only note is the value, a bit of a high price for a room spray, but it is obviously high quality and made for a specific niche.
